Shipping policy

At Woolume, we aim to provide reliable and efficient shipping solutions for our global business partners. Since we handle a wide variety of product categories, shipping methods and costs vary based on the volume, weight, and destination of the order.

1. Shipping Methods

We offer multiple shipping options to suit your budget and timeline:

  • Express Shipping (Door-to-Door): Via DHL, FedEx, or UPS. Best for small orders and samples (Delivery: 5–10 business days).

  • Air Freight: Best for medium-to-large shipments that need to arrive faster than sea freight (Delivery: 10–15 business days).

  • Sea Freight (FCL/LCL): The most cost-effective solution for large-scale bulk orders (Delivery: 25–45 days depending on the port).

  • Rail Freight: Available for specific regions like Europe and Central Asia.

2. Processing & Lead Time

  • In-Stock Items: Usually dispatched within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Custom/OEM Orders: Lead times vary (typically 15–25 days) depending on the production cycle.

  • Our team will provide a specific timeline via WhatsApp once your order is confirmed.

3. Shipping Costs & Quotes

Shipping costs are not included in the product price. Because we are an all-category supplier, we calculate shipping manually for every order to ensure you get the lowest real-time rate.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Standard Shipping: Unless otherwise agreed (such as DDP terms), the buyer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees in their destination country.

  • DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): For certain countries, we offer DDP services where we handle all taxes and customs. Please consult our sales manager to see if this is available for your region.

5. Order Tracking

Once your shipment leaves our warehouse, we will provide you with a Tracking Number and relevant shipping documents (Bill of Lading, Invoice, Packing List) via WhatsApp or Email.

6. Shipping Damage & Loss

  • We ensure all goods are professionally packed for international transit.

  • In the rare event of damage or loss during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date with photos of the damaged packaging. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier or providing a replacement.

7. Consolidated Shipping

If you purchase items from different categories, Woolume offers free consolidation services in our warehouse. We will pack all your items together to reduce your total shipping costs.
