Refund policy

Thank you for choosing Woolume, operated by Yunchi Cross-border E-commerce Co., Ltd. We are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent service. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand our procedures for wholesale transactions.

1. General Policy for B2B Orders

As a B2B (Business-to-Business) supplier, all sales are final. Unlike retail transactions, we do not offer returns or refunds for "change of mind" or unsold inventory. We strongly encourage customers to request samples via WhatsApp before placing a large-scale bulk order.

2. Defective or Damaged Items

We maintain a strict quality control process. However, if you receive items that are functionally defective or damaged during transit, we will provide a solution (replacement or credit) under the following conditions:

  • Reporting Window: You must report any defects or damages within 7 days of receiving the shipment.

  • Evidence Required: You must provide clear photos and/or videos of the damaged items, the packaging, and the shipping label. Please send this evidence to our team via WhatsApp (+86 166 7389 5356) or Email (wuliaozhao0225@gmail.com).

3. Solutions for Quality Issues

Once the defect is verified by our team, we will offer one of the following:

  • Replacement: We will send replacement items with your next order.

  • Partial/Full Credit: A credit toward your future purchases with Woolume.

  • Refund: A refund for the cost of the defective items (excluding original shipping fees) via the original payment method.

4. Order Cancellation

  • In-Stock Items: Orders for in-stock products can only be canceled within 24 hours of payment, provided the goods have not yet been dispatched.

  • Custom/OEM Orders: Once a custom order (with your logo or specific design) has entered the production phase, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of any agreed-upon returns unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent).

6. Items Not Eligible for Refund

  • Items damaged due to improper handling or storage by the customer.

  • Slight variations in color or texture which are standard in mass production.

  • Products that have been used or modified.
